iHub Wholesale Partner Services provides communication solutions that can be fully branded by the reseller or carrier alike, enabling the partner to sell, deliver and tailor the service as they require.   The suite of products is scalable, suitable for small or large end user applications alike the important concept being that our partners can provide a complete customer solution from mobile-VOIP-fixed line-wireless-NGN’s through to  CPS & security. This means your customers can experience a unified suite of services which is a key requirement noted by researchers today.  

Partners are equally able to take a selective approach where they can choose from the product set perhaps just selling our converged mobile service which is a market leader in Europe today,  for example enabling calls from mobiles to route at your customers office fixed line rates with presence information.  For partners who would prefer to manage the customer themselves but require iHub to bill on their behalf as that is not where their excellence lies is easily arranged and commission plans are available.                  

Control of the product portfolio for ordering, provisioning, management & billing is given to our partners via our Wholesale Partner Extranet, once registered a password is assigned, the portal is updated monthly with service information and prices amongst other information.

Our innovative Hosted IP Telephony solutions have been created specifically for resale and our platform is based on Nortel CS2K  + Strata technology, which provides a carrier-grade, five nines service with fully managed enterprise telephony features. We are the only company of our type in the UK .
 

Training		Billing		Partner Application
We can provide appropriate training on all our products.		iHub Wholesale Partner Services offer a range of billing options to our partners.  We can provide a billing information to you if you have your own billing platform, or provide either white label or dual branded options.   If you use our billing system you and your customers will have web access to monitor and analyse all the relevant billing information.
