iHub is a highly focused and unique business communication service provider. The company was formed as a result of the coming together of four existing companies, all operating in different fields of business telecommunication and information technology.

Light Networks Ltd was a specialist provider of hosted IP services. Its highly experienced management team spent informative years in BT, Cisco and NTL and bring with them the skills and knowledge required to deliver the best hosted business IP service in the UK.

BrightCom Ltd was a specialist business mobile provider and was founded by two ex-Vodafone senior managers who have unrivalled experience in business mobile service provision.

Braidburn Ltd was an international switching operation whose management gained experience from BT, Nortel and RSL Com.

The Business Case was a highly specialist communication consultancy that supplied services to a number of the UK’s best known blue-chip companies.

Bringing these entities together to form iHub has resulted in a depth of management experience and knowledge that will enable iHub to meet the challenges and opportunities of delivering converged and integrated services to the business community.

The team has a passion for customer service. Despite being at the forefront of modern technology, we believe in old service values where people deal with people at a personal level and where service is embedded into the culture of the company. Our sales team is highly trained and is definitely not of the ‘have I got a deal for you variety’. Their consultative approach is backed up by our unique call analysis software from The Business Case and resides as the backbone to our solution selling discipline.

Unlike many telecommunication companies we do not have the distraction of having to manage consumers and retail outlets. We are focused on the business community and this coupled with our independence and preference for non-proprietary solutions allows us always to match our customers needs with the right solution.
